"Is this a question?"
Answer, by one bright student:
"If it is, then this is the answer!"
(He/she was reluctantly awarded an "A")

Hmmm. Sorry to be all serious about this, but it isn’t the answer. Clearly
the answer to the question is "Yes". The language structure and punctuation
is compatible with that of a question – just because the question is
self-referencing doesn’t stop it being a question.
